Write a script to generate an iframe widget, edit our website and app product

Hi, We have a semi-built product in PHP codeigniter where the APIs are ready but we need to create some bits and pieces of it and take it live: The product is basically operated by a mobile app. We are trying to create functionality for the admin panel. Mechanics : 1. A user registers on the app for his sales team 2. A script is generated for the user which they put on their website 3. The script loads up a dynamic widget on their site and captures data from it and saves into our DB 4. The information is sent to the mobile app which displays it.(The app part is built and so is the lead taking and counting and sending) Product Objective : 1. Visitors visit the users' site. They enter name and number 2. The system sends a push notification to the entire team of the user with the number of people who have entered their name and number (number of leads) 3. The first team member to "request" gets the information of the lead and its his/ her responsibility 4. We provide some analytics to the team members Todos 1. Generate widget script 2. Capture data meaningfully 3. Send to mobile app 4. Setup push notification services (APN and GCM) 5. Clean up website (for marketing purpose only) 6. Clean up admin panel Notes : 1. The widget design is appended in the attached pdf. 2. The widget is an iframe which will go on users' websites and would have to be optimised for jquery and also fetch information from the users' websites to save in DB 3. We have chosen a theme from themeforest (zollo) and would like it to be edited. We will provide you with complete text and images. 4.
