We are leather craftsmen specializing in creating armor and accessories in Fantasy or Cosplay style. We have a shop in Montreal, we are well established in the field and we are expanding rapidly.
We are looking for a Magento programmer-integrator who meets the following criteria: near Montreal, French speaking and available in case of emergency. Our site is transactional and is currently designed Magento 1.9. We have several hundred products online and we have around 8000 monthly visitors. The company PHPCreation handles our management system (ERP). This software included our real-time database of all our products with information, descriptions, images and inventory. PHPCreation has programmed an export API with Magento.
Among the tasks required, among others (we have the complete list of problems detected):
Add modules (product referencing, preferences, pop-up newsletter, etc.)
Refine search tool
Create search filters by manufacturers
Debugging MagentoConnect
Ensure that product options and descriptions are displayed correctly
Create a new portfolio template page
Create automated html (or other) forms, and so on.
Fix mobile bugs (adaptive)
We need a freelancer to help debug and optimize our site via the Magento platform and support the team being trained for this task.
5 to 10 h week for 4 to 6 weeks.
We take care of the content (automated product transfer via our database)
The site must remain modifiable by us via Magento (banners, update, moving blocks of text, etc.).
Other programmers will work on the line and functional project for mid-March
