Your spec is unusually complete - the thresholds are already in ATR terms rather than adjectives, and you say plainly what the indicator must NOT do. Two things it does not settle will decide how it feels. REPAINTING, WHICH MATTERS MOST BECAUSE YOU ARE SCALPING. A zone taken from a candle still forming moves until that candle closes. It can appear the instant the displacement starts and then shift, or appear one bar later and never move. You cannot have both. I build confirmed-on-close by default, because a zone that moves after you acted on it is worse than one a bar late, and put the other behind a switch so you judge it on your own chart. TRADINGVIEW SILENTLY DISCARDS YOUR OLDEST ZONES. Pine allows 500 boxes per chart. On M1 a scalping chart passes that in a session or two and the oldest vanish with no warning - it looks like a detection bug and is not. So it needs a retention rule: keep the newest N, retire any zone price has traded through. Two smaller ones: your ATR thresholds need an ATR length, settable per timeframe, or the same multiple behaves very differently on M1 and H4; and on the 0-100 score I would make the weights visible inputs and show each zone's components in its tooltip. What I will build, as one Pine Script v6 indicator with no external libraries: - Reaction zones: base candle test (ATR-relative range and body, with all three Accepted Base Candle Type options), then displacement confirmed by minimum departure x ATR, impulse body x ATR and directional candle ratio. Zone boundaries cover both full candle High-Low and Body + Extreme Wick, selectable. - Valid Order Blocks: the core chain "Liquidity Sweep -> OB Candle -> Displacement -> BOS -> FVG", with liquidity lookback, swing length, minimum sweep distance, close-back-inside toggle, Structure Swing Length and BOS on Close (default) or Wick, FVG size in ATR or Points. Where your brief says "It must be created by the same displacement from the Order Block.", I gate the FVG on the same displacement leg rather than accepting any 3-candle gap. - Merging and ranking: same-candle, overlapping, or within Merge Distance x ATR zones merge into one labelled "OB + REACTION"; Combined Zone Boundary Mode with Order Block Boundaries as the default. Each zone gets a 0-100 ranking score from the factors you listed. Your rule "Do NOT simply remove the oldest zone" is enforced by the cap dropping the lowest-scoring zone, not the newest one. - Retests: counted, never removing the zone while Keep Zone After Retests is on; FRESH / R1 / R2 / R3 shown by its own toggle. Invalidation on Close (default) or Wick beyond the boundary plus Invalidation Buffer x ATR. The optional items, answered: the Aggressive / Balanced / Strict presets are included, as a preset input that sets the thresholds in code, with every number still editable by its own input. Body + Extreme Wick boundaries — yes. Optional retest display — yes. Max Demand and Max Supply up to 15 each, default 5 and 5. Show Source Timeframe label — yes, off by default. Plan 1. I build the full indicator and run it on M1, M5, M15, M30, H1 and H4, checking that no zone ever carries across timeframes and that the score order matches the labels on screen. 2. I hand over the .pine source plus a settings sheet (every input, what it changes, its default) for your one check on your own chart. 3. I fix whatever that check turns up and publish the final script. I develop indicators and Expert Advisors in MQL4/MQL5 and keep a 26-container forward-test fleet on 3 VPS hosts, audited every 10 minutes, so checking that a rule fires on the chart and not only in the code is normal work here.
