Hi, We have successfully connected an industrial weigh scale to a Delta PLC. We can send functions from the PLC to the Scale (Tare, Zero) successfully. We however are unable to receive data from the Scale. - Our print command is correct and communications to receive is established as we receive the correct print information when using a RS232 software tool Smart Lux Simple Data Logger - However when utilizing the PLC there seems to be an error in our Ladder Logic as we are not receiving the data in the PLC data register Only freelancers who have successfully implemented a Ladder Logic Program from an industrial weigh scale should bid

On the other hand I also work as electric engineer in a company from spain, doing exactly electrical and pneumatic schematics of different automatic systems. For you project you must check first of all what kind of signal you scale emites, maybe you have configured the input of the PLC as a logic input when your scale generates an analog signal.
