I need an experienced controls technician to complete all on-site field wiring for a Siemens S7-1500 PLC panel that will operate in an indoor environment. The cabinet is already mounted and the devices are in place; what remains is terminating the incoming power feeds, I/O, network cabling, and field instruments, then powering up and testing. Scope • Dress, cut, and terminate all wires inside the panel, keeping routing clean and fully labelled to Siemens standards. • Land field cables on terminal blocks and the S7-1500 modules, following the provided wiring schedule. • Perform continuity and insulation checks, power-up verification, and I/O point-to-point testing with me present. • Update the as-built schematic with any field changes before handover. You will need your own hand tools, test gear (multimeter, insulation tester), and ferrule crimper; I will supply consumables and the latest drawings.
