Job Description:
We are an international IT consultancy company and are looking for an additional Consultant for our Portuguese market. At the beginning we will ensure with a comprehensive training that you understand the company organization and get all the necessary skills as a consultant. So you don't need to have IT skills, but the willingness to learn must be urgent. When you're ready, you'll need to build and manage your own client base.
The ideal candidate:
- Writes and speaks perfect Portuguese (native language).
- Proficient in English for internal communication.
- Should be able to explain complex content in an understandable way.
- Has very good communication skills (oral and written).
- Can listen attentively to customers and their expectations.
- Is highly motivated to learn new things.
- Is self-motivated and perfectly organized.
Job Description
- Identification and management of new clients.
- Presenting the company and services.
- Build and manage own customer base.
- Supporting the customers.
- Light administrative tasks (updating files, organizing Excel databases).
- Internal meetings.
- Answering emails, phone calls, scheduling meetings.
