About the Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented video editor to partner with us on two key projects. Our goal is to replicate the clean, professional, and engaging style of our existing content. This is a partnership opportunity with significant long-term potential, as we produce a high volume of videos year-round. The Projects (44 Videos Total | 14-Day Deadline) Project A: YouTube Social Video Series (32 Videos) Content: Standalone, fast-paced YouTube videos (5–15 mins). Formats include studio presentations, vlogs, and tutorials, optimized for engagement. Project B: Online Course Modules (12 Videos) Content: In-depth, studio-recorded training videos (20–50 minutes each). Source Material: 2 camera angles + separate, high-quality external audio track per video. Style Reference for our Studio videos: The editing style must match the quality and pacing of these examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Total Deadline: 14 calendar days from project acceptance. Key Editing Requirements: Video & Pacing Platform-specific pacing with tight cuts to maintain engagement. Remove errors, filler words, and long pauses. Professional multicam switching (for course modules). Audio: Broadcast-quality sound is non-negotiable. Level volume consistently; remove background noise, echo, hiss, and clipping. Perfectly sync external audio tracks. Enhancements: Source and integrate relevant royalty-free stock footage (from sites like Pexels) to reinforce key points. Insert clean section titles and lower-thirds. Captions: Do not burn captions into videos. Provide full transcripts via Google Doc instead. Branding & Style Requirements: Your edit must match the pacing and branding shown in this reference video: [login to view URL] This includes: A short branded intro with sound effect. Specific name card styling. Persistent logo placement. Social handle display. Limited appearance of subscribe/Instagram buttons. Section title screens. Branded end screen with website. Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete one short demo video to confirm style match. Only a few minutes long to test quality. Thumbnail Design Bonus: Additional compensation available for editors who can also create custom YouTube thumbnails for all 44 videos. Thumbnail Requirements: 2 versions per video.
