Telegram Task-Reward Bot Development

I am looking for a skilled Node.js developer with experience in the Telegram Bot API (Telegraf/GramJS) and Offerwall integrations to finalize and professionalize a "Rewards/Earn Crypto" bot. I already have a functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product) written in Node.js. The base logic for user management, multi-level referrals, and basic task tracking is already coded. I need a developer to take this core, migrate it to a robust database, build a web-based administration panel, and secure the system for production. 1. Current State (What is already built): User & Balance System: Separate balances for "Normal Earnings" and "Referral Commissions." Multi-Level Referral System: 5-tier progressive commission structure (5% to 15% based on referral count). i18n Support: Fully translatable system (currently in English and Portuguese). Initial TimeWall Integration: Logic to process credits via channel postback monitoring. Withdrawal Queue: System to collect PayPal emails or Crypto addresses and place them in a pending state. Admin Commands: Basic command-line tools (!stats, !addbalance, !broadcast) within the bot. 2. Development Scope (What you need to build): A. Database Migration & Scalability: Migrate the current [login to view URL] storage to a professional database (e.g., PostgreSQL or MongoDB). Ensure data integrity for balances and transaction logs. B. Admin Web Dashboard: Develop a secure web interface (React, Vue, or a simple Admin template) to: User Management: View profiles, edit balances, ban fraudulent accounts. Custom Task Creator: An interface where I can create manual tasks (e.g., "Join this Telegram group" or "Download App X"). These tasks must allow users to upload a screenshot proof within the bot for admin approval. Withdrawal Processing: A dedicated section to approve or reject pending PayPal/Crypto requests with one click. Analytics: Visual charts for user growth, total tasks completed, and payout statistics. C. Enhanced API Integrations: Move from "Channel Monitoring" to a proper HTTP Webhook/Postback endpoint for TimeWall and other offerwalls. Implement a verification flow for custom tasks (User clicks task -> Instruction -> Upload Screenshot -> Admin Review). D. Security & Bot Protection: Implement anti-fraud measures (VPN detection, multiple account prevention). Ensure secure handling of sensitive data (withdrawal addresses and emails). E. Deployment: Full setup on my VPS using PM2 or Docker. Configure SSL for Webhooks (required for Telegram/TimeWall). 3. Technical Requirements: Language: Node.js (Telegraf framework). Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Frontend: Simple, clean UI for the Admin Panel. Experience: Previous work with GPT bots, Offerwalls (TimeWall, CPALead, etc.), or Crypto reward systems is a huge plus. 4. Deliverables: Full source code (well-commented). Functional Web Dashboard. Installation guide and a short handover session to test the flow: Connect TimeWall -> Complete Task -> Request Withdrawal -> Approve via Dashboard. Note: I will provide the existing source code (MVP) to the selected freelancer to avoid starting from scratch. Please share examples of similar bots or dashboards you have developed.
