I need a Microsoft Power Automate flow that, once a day, reads a list of product URLs from my Google Sheet, visits each item on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], then writes three fresh values back to the same row: the current price, the star rating, and a simple flag that shows whether any coupon or deal is live. I do not have official API access, so the solution will have to rely on reliable web-scraping or public endpoints that you discover and maintain. The update must run unattended every 24 hours, overwrite yesterday’s numbers, and leave a time-stamp so I can quickly confirm the job succeeded. Should any product page change structure or throw a block, the flow must log the error and continue with the remaining URLs rather than stopping altogether. Deliverables • A ready-to-run Power Automate cloud flow (or a hybrid Azure Function/Python script triggered by Power Automate if scraping libraries are needed) • A clean Google Sheet connector step that maps URL → price, rating, coupon/deal flag, timestamp • Setup notes that cover required gateways, browser headers, and how to add or remove products in future Acceptance criteria • Daily run completes in one pass with no manual intervention • 100 % correct capture of price, rating, and coupon/deal status for at least 20 sample SKUs on both sites • Error handling writes a clear message to a separate “Logs” tab and emails me only when a critical failure occurs • All code, credentials, and instructions are delivered so I can redeploy in another tenant if needed If this matches your skill set, please tell me how you plan to scrape without APIs and approximately how much load time per URL you expect. Alsom we need to develop a mechanism that prevents us in getting blocked or getting identified as a bot.
