I need a production-ready cloud flow in Microsoft Power Automate that runs on a schedule, scans our Dataverse tables for leases reaching their next billing date, and then: • Calculates rent, charges, GST and TDS • Handles both monthly and quarterly billing schedules, applying any ownership-split logic that may vary by lease • Blocks duplicates by checking existing Draft Lease Invoice and Owner Split Invoice records • Creates the two corresponding Draft records in Dataverse, ready for review The full technical specification and acceptance criteria are already written and will be shared once we start, so you can work directly against clear field names, tables and sample data. Please send a concise but detailed project proposal describing the approach you would take, key Power Automate components or advanced expressions you expect to use, and any similar flows you have delivered in Dataverse.

Hi there, I see you need a production-ready Power Automate cloud flow for rental invoicing that scans Dataverse for leases hitting their billing date, calculates GST/TDS with monthly/quarterly schedules, and blocks duplicates before creating Draft records. This is exactly the kind of automated workflow I build regularly. What I'll do: ✅ Build a scheduled cloud flow querying Dataverse for leases reaching their next billing date ✅ Implement rent/charges/GST/TDS calculations with monthly/quarterly logic and ownership-split rules per lease ✅ Add duplicate blocking by checking existing Draft Lease Invoice and Owner Split Invoice records before creation ✅ Always use a test dataset first and implement proper error handling before going live Skills: ✅ Power Automate Cloud Flows (scheduled triggers, Dataverse connector, condition branches, Apply to Each) ✅ Microsoft Dataverse (tables, OData filtering, row creation with ownership) ✅ Power Fx expressions for dynamic calculations and date logic ✅ GST/TDS tax handling with variable billing frequencies ✅ Microsoft Certified: MCSA | MCSE | MCT ✅ 300+ projects delivered, 280+ five-star reviews Why me: Fast responses, clean documented flows, and revisions until you're fully satisfied. One quick question: Will the service account running this flow need full Dataverse admin privileges, or should I design it around read/write access scoped to the specific tables? I can deliver in 5 days for ₹18,750 and can start right now.

I’ve delivered Dataverse-driven billing and finance automations where accuracy and duplicate prevention matter more than simply making a flow “run.” I’d build this as a scheduled, solution-aware cloud flow with FetchXML/OData filtering for due leases, reusable Compose/variables for rent, GST/TDS and ownership calculations, and strict idempotency checks before creating either Draft record. Monthly/quarterly logic and lease-specific ownership splits will stay configurable and traceable. Timeline: 4–6 days Fixed price: ₹30,000 I can work directly from your specification and sample data. One key question: should a lease be processed once per billing period, even if the flow is manually re-run?

Hello, I can build this as a production-ready, solution-aware Power Automate flow in your PropFlow environment. I’ll configure the daily recurrence with environment variables for lookahead, due days, timezone and tax defaults, then query active leases through Dataverse List rows/OData. For each due monthly/quarterly lease, the flow will resolve the active term, ownership and charges, calculate the billing period with controlled Apply to each/Do until logic, handle month-end dates, and apply the no-proration rule. GST/TDS will follow the specified precedence: lease override first, then charge/owner Tax Thresholding rules, lower-rate certificate where applicable, and approved defaults. Ownership will be validated to 100%, with final-owner rounding reconciliation. Before any Create row action, I’ll check for existing non-cancelled invoices for the same lease/period and use an alternate key where supported. Concurrency will remain 1 initially to protect numbering and retries. I’ll preserve PropFlow’s existing invoice-numbering mechanism. I’ll use Scopes + Configure Run After for configuration exceptions/unexpected failures, create only Draft Lease Invoice and linked Owner Split Invoice records, and add a run summary. Testing will cover monthly/quarterly dates, month-end, tax precedence, ownership splits, reruns/duplicates and failure paths before production enablement. Regards Shweta

You need an idempotent scheduled billing flow that calculates each lease correctly, respects monthly or quarterly cycles and ownership splits, and never creates duplicate drafts when a run is retried. My profile is new, but I bring 9+ years of experience in cloud automation, database workflows, API integration, and transactional processing. I would use a Recurrence trigger followed by Dataverse List Rows with OData filters for due leases, pagination, and controlled concurrency. Billing periods would be calculated with expressions such as addToTime(), startOfDay(), coalesce(), decimal(), mul(), div(), and explicit rounding for rent, charges, GST, and TDS. Before creation, the flow would query both Draft Lease Invoice and Owner Split Invoice using a deterministic lease-plus-period key. An alternate key in Dataverse would provide a second database-level duplicate safeguard. Ownership allocations would be calculated per lease and validated so split totals reconcile with the parent invoice. Scopes with run-after handling would isolate failures, log lease-level errors, and allow safe retries without repeating successful records. I would deliver a solution-aware flow, environment variables, connection references, test evidence, and deployment notes. My closest experience is with scheduled financial and idempotent data workflows rather than this exact lease configuration. May I review the specification and sample split scenarios?

I can build a production-ready Power Automate flow that automates lease billing reliably while protecting Dataverse data integrity and preventing duplicate invoice records. I’ll design the flow around clear validation, calculation, ownership logic, and controlled record creation so it remains maintainable after deployment. Thank you for considering my proposal. I have gone through the requirements in detail. My approach will include a scheduled trigger, Dataverse queries for leases approaching their billing date, conditional handling for monthly/quarterly schedules, and expressions for rent, charges, GST, TDS, and lease-specific ownership splits. Before creating records, I’ll use Dataverse filtering/lookups against existing Draft Lease Invoice and Owner Split Invoice records to enforce idempotency and prevent duplicates. I’ll structure the flow with scopes, conditions, variables, Compose expressions, error handling, and logging where appropriate, keeping the logic modular and easy to troubleshoot. I’ll test against the supplied sample data and acceptance criteria before handover. I have uploaded samples similar to the project completed earlier in my profile. With 10+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and CPA, I bring strong expertise in financial processes, automation, data validation, reporting, and business logic. Share the technical specification and sample data, and I can begin immediately.

Hi, I have strong hands-on experience building Power Automate cloud flows with Dataverse, scheduled automation, complex business rules, approvals, tax calculations, and duplicate prevention. I can implement “PropFlow - Generate due rental invoices” exactly according to your specifications, using the existing Dataverse architecture and environment variables rather than introducing unnecessary tables or redesigns. I will handle billing cycles, lookahead periods, lease terms, ownership splits, GST/TDS precedence, month-end calculations, draft invoice creation, error handling, logging, and safe retry behavior. I will thoroughly test every billing frequency, tax scenario, duplicate scenario, and edge case before production deployment, ensuring a reliable, maintainable solution. Regards Sangeeta

Hello, A rent-invoicing flow like this usually lives or dies on idempotency: the real risk each cycle is a double Draft slipping through, more than the GST/TDS maths itself. A few points I want to get right before scoping anything firm. First, the ownership-split logic that varies by lease: is the rule already stored somewhere (a rate table, a field per lease), or is it something we would need to formalise together? Second, are the GST/TDS rules (rates, rounding, thresholds) fully documented in the spec, or still partly open? Third, would you want error handling and notifications when a calculation fails or a duplicate is caught, so the human review stays trustworthy? Once I see the spec and sample data, I can map this out precisely against your field names and tables. Happy to talk it through whenever suits you. Best regards, Eric

Hi, a scheduled flow that catches Dataverse leases hitting their billing date and writes both drafts. Rerun safety is the real risk. Plan: a recurrence trigger, filtered list rows on next billing date, then a child flow per lease that computes rent, GST and TDS, checks for an existing draft before it creates anything and applies the ownership split. Do split percentages ever change mid lease? The dedupe pattern here is one we have had to get right before on Power Platform work. Happy to start on a small milestone. Regards, Digitalizers

I recently helped a client turn their idea into a professional, user-friendly solution that improved their workflow and gave them a smoother overall experience. I can help you achieve the same by creating a reliable Power Automate flow focused on your goals, functionality, and user experience. For your rental invoicing, I would begin by designing a scheduled flow that triggers automatically to scan your Dataverse tables. I will implement advanced expressions to calculate rent, charges, GST, and TDS, ensuring both monthly and quarterly billing schedules are accurately handled. To prevent duplicates, I will incorporate conditions to check existing Draft Lease Invoice and Owner Split Invoice records before creating new entries. Using my strong expertise in Power Automate and Dataverse, I can develop a seamless solution that meets your specifications. I would be happy to discuss your project further and explore the best way to bring your idea to life. Regards, HenreM1

Your need for a production-ready cloud flow that scans Dataverse leases, calculates rent, GST, TDS, handles monthly/quarterly billing, prevents duplicates, and creates Draft records can be met with a robust Power Automate solution. I will first map the lease and invoice entities and set up a scheduled trigger, then use advanced expressions to compute charges, apply ownership-split logic, and use a duplicate-check step before creating the two Draft records. The flow will be fully tested against your acceptance criteria and deployed to production within 14 days. Will the Dataverse environment allow custom connectors for GST/TDS calculations?

On the duplicate blocking, I would not do that inside the flow. Check then create is a race. Two runs overlapping, or someone rerunning one that half finished, and both read no invoice exists and both create. Power Automate makes it worse by default because Apply to each runs branches in parallel unless you turn that off. Setting trigger concurrency to 1 helps, but it is still a convention rather than a guarantee. The structural fix is an alternate key on the Dataverse table, lease plus billing period, and Upsert instead of Create. Then a duplicate fails at the database rather than because the flow remembered to look. That is what makes the thing safe to rerun, which you will want the first time a run dies halfway. Second one, GST and TDS with an ownership split. Compute at lease level, round once, then apportion the rounded total across owners with the remainder assigned deterministically to one of them. Round per owner instead and your two Draft records stop reconciling against the lease invoice by a rupee or two. That surfaces at audit, not in testing. Components: Recurrence with concurrency 1, List rows with the date filter pushed into OData rather than filtering inside the flow, which avoids both the row cap and the throttling, addToTime and startOfMonth for period boundaries, Scopes with configure run after for failure paths. One question.. for a lease starting mid quarter, is the first invoice a part period or a full one? Ronak

Hi, I can build the production-ready Power Automate flow around your Dataverse billing requirements and acceptance criteria. My approach would be to use a scheduled cloud flow that first retrieves leases reaching their next billing date, then processes each lease with controlled calculations for rent, charges, GST and TDS. I’ll support both monthly and quarterly schedules and apply lease-specific ownership splits reliably. Key components will include: • Recurrence trigger with configurable billing window • Dataverse List Rows with optimized OData filters • Conditions/Switch logic for billing frequency • Advanced expressions for date, percentage and tax calculations • Ownership-split processing per lease • Duplicate prevention using Draft Lease Invoice and Owner Split Invoice checks • Dataverse Create Row actions for both Draft records • Error handling, validation and clear run logging I’ll design the flow to be idempotent so rerunning it cannot create duplicate invoices, and will keep the logic maintainable rather than hiding everything inside complex expressions. I’m ready to work directly from your technical specification, field names and sample data and validate the flow against the stated acceptance criteria.

I've just completed a similar project, automating invoicing processes for a client using Microsoft Power Automate, which significantly reduced their manual workload. For your rental invoicing flow, I will create a scheduled cloud flow that scans your Dataverse tables for leases approaching their billing date. The flow will include components for calculating rent, charges, GST, and TDS, ensuring it accommodates both monthly and quarterly billing schedules. I will implement logic to handle ownership-split scenarios and prevent duplicate invoices by checking existing records. I specialize in building efficient flows like this, having successfully delivered over 50 similar projects, earning a reputation for precision and reliability. I would love to walk you through examples of my previous work that align with your requirements. Looking forward to discussing this further. Regards, Ruan111.

Indicative INR 25,000 / 7 days, based on the public brief. The attachment host is blocked in my browser; please share an accessible copy before award. Final scope/price require full-spec review before acceptance. Timing starts after approved scope, licensed test access/connections, data/tool permissions and a funded milestone are ready. I propose one scheduled flow on existing Dataverse tables, creating the Lease Invoice and Owner Split Invoice Drafts. Recurrence + List rows filters/pagination identify due leases; monthly/quarterly periods, GST/TDS and splits follow your approved bases, rates, dates and rounding rules. Checking then creating alone is not safe against retries/concurrency. With your permission to configure unique keys and state fields, I would use lease/period and invoice/owner keys, track incomplete sets and recover missing Drafts on rerun. Advance billing dates only after the full set exists. This is recoverable processing, not a promise of atomic multi-record writes. Tests: period boundaries, split totals, repeat/concurrent runs and interrupted writes. Deliver a disabled solution, test evidence and handover; activation needs approval. No sending/posting invoices, payments or tax advice. Lease/owner volumes, historic catch-up and exception rules need confirmation; extra flows/dependencies require re-scoping. I have no completed client Dataverse flows to cite; I can explain this design and agree reproducible acceptance tests.

Hello there, I can build the production-ready Power Automate cloud flow for your lease billing process, using Dataverse and the technical specification/acceptance criteria you provide. My approach: * Create a scheduled cloud flow to identify leases where the next billing date is due. * Retrieve the required lease, ownership, billing and tax data from Dataverse. * Calculate rent, additional charges, GST and TDS, with separate handling for monthly and quarterly billing. * Apply lease-specific ownership split logic, including variable percentages/ownership structures. * Before creating anything, check existing Draft Lease Invoice and Owner Split Invoice records to make the process idempotent and prevent duplicate billing. * Create the corresponding Draft records in Dataverse with all required relationships and calculated values. * Add validation, exception handling, retry policies, and execution logging suitable for production use. Once you share the technical specification, field mappings, and sample data, I can work directly against your exact tables and acceptance criteria and provide a clear implementation plan and timeline. Looking forward to your response. Thanks, samira
