Data Visualization & Power BI Dashboard

We have a lot of product review data and would like to be to present this data graphically online & shareable with teams. Looking for someone to build insightful dashboards using power bi to provide customer insights, business actionable from the structured data of product reviews with DAX formula with data from excel/connector with auto-update via JSON. We need to show several KPIs but this data is present in excel to start with a plan to update from JSON with auto refreshed. Requirements: Visually interactive online dashboard output required for product review analysis Filter Dataset - ability to filter data by various conditions (Date, Name, Source, Topic, Country, Language, Variant, Sentiment) Build interactive charts and comparison tools for different products. Comparison dashboard / metrics for different products There can be multiple dashboards showing different level of detail, one a high level view and the second, more details. Finally, when i click on a certain data chart on level 1 dashboard, it should lead me to level 2 dashboards. Some analysis is expected from you on the dataset User level control of the dashboard Implement new data analysis methodologies Perform data profiling to identify and highlight the anomalies in data in dashboard for business decisions Additional Analysis, if you can implement / recommend, would be preferred, idea is to provide value to the team. Important Note: The requirement might sound too big but its actually showing the similar KPI’s in different forms with help of filters. I have kept it detailed keeping my end goal in mind. Objective of these dashboards: To provide business insights on the product reviews on both Volumetric Insights on an operational perspective Business experience insights from a strategic decision making perspective Data Type: Structured data Data Refresh / AutoUpdate - via JSON Each Product Review has the following elements: Name of the product Date on which the review was posted Source where this review was posted Country from where the review was posted Language in which the review was posted Topics - Message Classification to identify the review belongs to which category (Pricing, packaging etc) Custom Topics - Custom category Tags - Standard Issue classification Version / Variant Sentiment - Sentiment of the product (Positive, Negative, Neutral, Mixed) Rating of Review - 1star, 2 Star,3 Star,4star,5Star Dashboard Consumer: There will be 2 consumers for this dashboard Team / Analyst at the BU Level C - Level Spoc There will be 2 different dashboards needed 1. Only Brand Data Dashboard 2. Competitor Comparison Data dashboard I am OK with more number of screens but don’t want to clutter in single screen with all KPI’s This is more of a visualization project than analysis Dashboard KPI Filters / Each Dashboard Screen Filters All KPI’s Should be able to filter by (Location, Language , Variant / Version, Rating, Sentiment, Product Name, Source) Dashboard View / Data Control: There will be different teams for different BU/ Product and we want to show them only their BU data and not the whole data for all - Suggest how would you plan to handle this. Metrics / KPI's for Dashboard for Brand. For Brand + Competition - Same KPI's will be in form of comparison among different 5 brands. Count of review / Overall reviews Avg Product Rating during the selected date range Sentiment Widgets: Source Distribution Review Ratings Breakdown Latest Reviews - Stream of messages of the latest reviews Topics - Should be able to filter by (Location, Language , Variant / Version, Rating, Sentiment) Multiple Data Metric in single widgets - Topics + Sentiment + Count of Review Custom Topics - Should be able to filter by (Location, Language , Variant / Version, Rating, Sentiment) Multiple Data Metric in single widgets - Custom Topics + Sentiment + Count of Review Word Cloud & Phrases - This has to be derived by analyst - Suggestions welcome to deploy this
