Hi, I agree that a dashboard only works if leadership can tell in a few seconds whether things are on track. Here's how I'd build it. Model first. I'd set up a star schema with one fact table, dimensions for region, segment and partner tier, and a proper date table. With that in place the slicers filter each other correctly, and time intelligence gives the right numbers. The executive view would have four or five cards: bookings against target, win rate, pipeline coverage and QoQ growth. Each card shows the change from last period so leaders can see the direction, not just the number. My own DAX measures would include win rate (won divided by closed), QoQ and YoY growth using DATEADD, running total bookings, pipeline coverage against target, and a RANKX measure to show the top and bottom regions or partners. For signals, coverage below 3x turns red, and a short text card writes a summary on its own, for example "EMEA coverage is 2.1x, below the 3x target". The trend visual shows bookings over time, and a stage-by-stage funnel shows where deals drop off. I'd use a custom theme with a muted palette, where colour is only used to point something out. I work in RevOps now, running HubSpot pipelines and a Metabase and PostgreSQL reporting stack for a sales team, and I've built dashboards in Power BI and Tableau before, so win rate and coverage aren't new to me.
