Problem Statement
Significant resources and time is unnecessarily spent on updating large and complex excel worksheets on a daily basis.
Objective
To significantly reduce time spent on creating daily reports for our clients and to create a premium data sharing and visualisation experience.
Deliverables
• Update and refine the existing Power BI front-end to create deeper visualisations and analytics.
• Migrate the data delivery process to Power BI from a manual and Sharepoint process to a database process.
• Establish a database for Power BI to draw upon utilising up to five data sources. Streamline and automate the delivery of data to the database, comprising multiple and diverse data sources.
• Work collaboratively with our team on refinement of outputs and development of the data delivery process.
Skills
• Deep knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, SQL & Excel.
• Experience of single and multi-tenanted
• Knowledge of database structures includig Azure and AWS.
• Ability to mine data and work with other predictive and analytical tools.
• Understanding of hotel and big-data preferred but not essential.
