Si la instancia actual tiene buen modelo de contenidos y URLs internas, optimizar con SPFx suele dar valor rápido; si hay deuda fuerte en listas, tipos de contenido y navegación, rehacer bajo las mismas restricciones es más seguro. Propongo una base con SharePoint Lists y Document Libraries como fuente única, SPFx (React/TypeScript) para una UX moderna y responsive, y Power Automate para flujos y notificaciones sin fricción. La analítica la cierro con Application Insights para eventos y embebo dashboards de Power BI para adopción, valor y búsqueda, siempre respetando permisos M365. Hola - este tipo de sitios suelen fallar no por falta de contenido, sino porque nadie puede demostrar su impacto. He trabajado con portales internos en SharePoint donde el problema no era técnico, sino estructural. UX poco clara, métricas desconectadas del uso real y flujos manuales que nadie sigue con disciplina. En esos casos, mejorar “lo existente” solo funciona si primero se ordenan datos, permisos y eventos de uso. Mi enfoque sería analizar rápido si la base actual permite instrumentación limpia. Si sí, SPFx con React es suficiente para modernizar la experiencia, capturar eventos con Application Insights y exponer analíticas reales vía Power BI embebido. Si no, arrancar de cero bajo las mismas restricciones suele ser más rápido y más limpio a medio plazo. Los flujos con Power Automate y las notificaciones se diseñan desde el uso real, no como añadidos.
