Current Situation:
Kerry ESG is a joint venture between Kerry Logistics and E-Service Group to offer etailers cost-efficient solution internationally and full commercial and operational service to expand global sales via online marketplaces.
We currently have an introductory deck that is consolidated with all the combine brand elements, key message, and content. However, it is not able to strongly demonstrate KESG’s brand identity, nor the key message of providing an end-to-end service, when selling and shipping a product from post production at the manufacturer or supplier to end consumers.
Executive Summary:
We would like to revamp/redesign the current KESG Introductory deck into a KESG branded professional PowerPoint presentation template, which is a fully editable deck with resizable vector brand elements and format, but no limited to infographic.
This new introductory deck will help the audience to understand what KESG is capable (scope of service) for in terms of logistics products and manage ecommerce service for brands, SMEs, and Crowdfunding projects.
Content:
The storytelling flow of the message should be around with our current version.
Image/Icon:
Most of the current images and icons are from the corporate, open to keep some but open to create new ones.
Branding:
We have not developed any brand style for KESG, however, since our business is heavily involved in the ecommerce ecosystem, we would like to minimize the corporate tone and feel.
Application:
This master file should be the entire message, scopes of services, and the capability. At the moment, KESG’s structure is started becoming more obvious on two key areas:
1. Logistics Service/Prices (that tie with warehousing, efulfillment, global shipping solution)
2. Manage Ecommerce service (sales enablement and expansion on marketplaces, such as Amazon, Lazada, Cdisocunt, Rakuten, ad-on online marketing support such as enabling ecommerce website, web development).
When we face different types of client, we can just easily to pull out some of the slides if they are irrelevant.
