Hello, I will design this as a proper outdoor flex board where the message is readable within a few seconds, even from a distance. For a 21 ft × 4 ft layout, I’ll keep the headline strong, use bold type, control the amount of content, and give the QR/contact area enough space so nothing feels crowded. I’ll prepare the artwork in CMYK with 1-inch bleed, outlined fonts, print-ready PDF, editable AI/PSD, and a JPEG preview for approval. Question: Will the board be viewed mainly by pedestrians, vehicles, or both? Regards, Syed Basit

Your 21 × 4 ft outdoor flex board needs more than an attractive design—it must be instantly readable from a distance, even in bright daylight. I can create a professional, print-ready layout that balances bold typography, clear information hierarchy, and your brand identity. My approach: - Design a clean landscape layout with strong visual hierarchy and readable fonts. - Prepare the artwork in CMYK, 300 DPI, with the required 1-inch bleed on all sides. - Place your logo, headline, three information points, contact details, and QR code with balanced spacing. - Deliver a press-ready PDF with outlined fonts, editable AI or PSD source, and a JPEG preview for approval. Why I’m a strong fit: - Experience in graphic design and Photoshop-based layouts. - Attention to print specifications, alignment, and typography. - Open to feedback through concept, refinement, and final artwork. One quick question: Do you already have the exact content, logo, and QR code ready, or would you like help arranging the information for maximum readability? Let’s discuss your requirements and get this board ready for print!

@shwetap458

Hi, I’d love to design your 21 ft × 4 ft outdoor flex board with one priority in mind: maximum impact and readability at a glance, even from a distance in bright daylight. I understand that large-format outdoor design is very different from a regular graphic. I’ll carefully balance font size, weight, contrast, spacing, visual hierarchy and whitespace so the message is instantly understandable to passing viewers without making the board feel cluttered. I can deliver: • Professional landscape layout at the exact 21 × 4 ft dimensions • CMYK print-ready artwork with 1-inch bleed on all sides • High-resolution 300 DPI output • Bold, highly legible typography optimized for outdoor viewing • Clean placement of logo, headline, information points and contact details • Clearly scannable QR code with sufficient quiet space • Print-ready PDF with outlined fonts • Fully editable AI/PSD source file • Web-preview JPEG for quick approvals My workflow will include concept → refinement → final pre-press check, ensuring the artwork is technically correct and ready for production. Once you provide the copy and assets, I can turn them into a clean, professional and attention-grabbing outdoor display that communicates your message within seconds. Let’s create a board that is impossible to miss—and easy to read.

@fatimab308

Let’s connect and share the exact copy and assets so I can get started right away!"

@LeonBoshoff

Creating a high-impact flex board for outdoor use is an exciting challenge. I recently completed a similar project where clear readability and visual hierarchy were crucial. Ensuring that your design stands out in bright daylight while maintaining legibility will be my top priority. With your specified dimensions of 21 feet by 4 feet, I'll focus on a weather-resistant colour mode and high-resolution output to ensure durability and clarity. Prioritizing bold readability and effective use of whitespace will make sure your message resonates with passing viewers. I value clear communication and quick feedback, which will help us stay aligned throughout the design process. What specific colours or themes do you envision for this project? If you choose not to work with me, you’ll still benefit from a free consultation with an expert in the field. P.S I look forward to your message Leon B.

@jaredlegrange02

Big landscape format like 21x4 feet at that ratio is tricky. Most people either cram too much in or leave it so sparse it loses impact from a distance. Since it is CMYK, 300 dpi, 1 inch bleed, that scale needs a grid built for legibility at speed, not desktop viewing. I work in Illustrator and Photoshop daily for exactly this kind of outdoor signage, and typography readability from a distance is something I pay close attention to, weight, contrast, spacing all matter more than they do on screen work. Once you send the logo, copy, and QR code, I will build a clear hierarchy: headline dominant, three points scannable, contact and QR placed so people passing by can catch them fast. You will get concept, refinement, then final art exactly as you outlined, with print ready PDF, editable AI or PSD, and a JPEG preview for quick sign off. Happy to start as soon as you share assets so we keep your press deadline comfortable. Regards, Jared
