Referral Pad Redesign for MRI Services

We would like to update our referral pads to include our new MRI services. Design Brief – Referral Pad / Stationery Update We are seeking a designer to update and modernise our referral pad stationery in line with our current branding. Scope of Work: Please create a new referral pad design based on a marked-up referral template provided by us from another site, adapted to reflect our branding, layout preferences, and updated information. Reference Materials to be Provided: Marked-up referral template (to guide layout and structure) Our original referral pad (for reference) Company logos Map artwork (can be reformatted/redesigned as needed) Key Requirements: Align the design with our existing branding (colours, fonts, logo usage) Maintain a clean, professional, and easy-to-use layout for referrers Incorporate all relevant clinical and contact information clearly Ensure the design is suitable for print (referral pads) Updates to Include: Update the Bairnsdale address to: 341 Main Street, Bairnsdale Include a provision for a third site (Sale), which will be opening later this year Allow space for an additional map/location section for the Sale site Reformat the provided map(s) if needed to improve clarity and consistency Deliverables: Print-ready artwork (PDF and editable file format) Any supporting font or design files (if applicable) Please let us know if you require any additional information or clarification before commencing.
