Wastewater Treatment P&ID Design

I need a complete, industry-standard P&ID for a water-treatment line that handles wastewater polishing, de-mineralisation and links into a small steam-generation loop. The drawing must clearly show every pump, valve, instrument loop, control element, tank and vessel so that a fabricator or EPC partner can pick it up without further clarification. Scope • Map the whole process from raw effluent intake through the demineralisers, condensate return and boiler feed system, finishing at steam production. • Assign tag numbers, line sizes, duty notes, control symbols and alarms in line with ISA or equivalent conventions. • Use layers and colour coding that match common CAD standards so revisions are easy. Deliverables 1. Editable DWG (or equivalent native file). 2. Locked PDF ready for issue. 3. Equipment, line and instrument list extracted from the drawing. 4. Legend sheet describing all symbols used. Acceptance Criteria The file must open cleanly in AutoCAD 2020, contain no unexplained blocks, and show closed mass balance loops for each treatment stage. Tagging has to be consistent across the drawing and lists. If any information is missing after your first review, flag it right away and I’ll supply it so we can stay on schedule.
