There are no mandatory third-party certifications, but every supplier you recommend must pass a rigorous quality vetting process that we will define together. I’m flexible on the calendar—as long as progress is steady, there is no hard deadline—so you can focus on thorough due diligence rather than rushing the job. Deliverables • A vetted shortlist of at least five suppliers, each presented with full contact details, production capacities, pricing tiers, lead times, and QC practices • A concise comparison matrix highlighting how each supplier stacks up against the three key criteria • Your onboarding action plan that outlines negotiation steps, sample testing requirements, and first-order readiness Acceptance Criteria • All information verified directly with the supplier (no broker data) • Pricing quoted in INR per kg, FOB and delivered to our central warehouse • Documentary evidence (photos, lab reports, or audits) supporting the stated quality measures If you have a strong track record in agri-procurement and you’re comfortable working independently to deliver these outcomes, let’s talk.
