La posizione comprende la gestione end-to-end del processo di gara, inclusa l’identificazione delle opportunità, la preparazione delle offerte e della documentazione, nonché il follow-up delle fasi successive all’aggiudicazione. Mansioni e responsabilità • Ricercare e monitorare gare d’appalto pubbliche e private nel settore sanitario in Spagna • Analizzare le opportunità di gara e valutarne l’idoneità per l’azienda • Preparare e gestire la documentazione necessaria per la partecipazione alle gare • Coordinare la preparazione delle offerte, dei dossier tecnici e di tutta la documentazione richiesta • Seguire i contratti e i processi di fornitura dopo l’aggiudicazione • Redigere report periodici sullo stato e sull’evoluzione delle procedure di gara Requisiti richiesti • Esperienza nel settore medicale o nei processi di approvvigionamento e contenuti relativi a dispositivi/prodotti sanitari • Conoscenza delle procedure di gare d’appalto pubbliche e/o private • Capacità di lavorare in modo preciso, organizzato e sistematico nella gestione documentale • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e coordinamento • Capacità di comunicare professionalmente in spagnolo e/o inglese Requisiti preferenziali • Esperienza nel sistema sanitario spagnolo e nei relativi processi di acquisto • Esperienza in gare d’appalto per dispositivi medici o materiali di consumo sanitario • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Tender Specialist, Procurement Specialist o Business Development Modalità di lavoro • Part-time (inizio con circa 2 ore al giorno) • Lavoro completamente da remoto
