I want a fully documented chemical formula for a very strong, foul-smelling liquid intended for outdoor objects as a nuisance or prank. Once applied it must cling to wood, metal, plastic or stone and keep releasing an unpleasant scent for roughly 30 days. The odor should not wash away with ordinary water, household cleaners or detergents, and even heavy perfume sprays shouldn’t mask it. I also need a companion neutralising solution that removes the smell quickly and completely when applied. Zero toxicity is critical: no skin irritation, no environmental harm, and no restricted or controlled substances. The formulation has to be practical to mix with readily available, legal ingredients and scalable from a small test batch (100 ml) to several litres. Deliverables • Detailed ingredient list with exact percentages and supplier references • Step-by-step blending and curing instructions • Safety data sheet (SDS) confirming 0 % harmful content • Performance guide explaining expected longevity, surface compatibility, and storage life • Formula and instructions for the dedicated neutraliser Acceptance criteria 1. Odor strength rated “very strong” by blind smell test at 1 m distance. 2. Detectable on an outdoor object for 30 days of average weather exposure. 3. Resistant to regular washing agents and perfume sprays. 4. Neutraliser removes ≥ 95 % of the odor within 5 minutes without damaging the surface. Please keep the science clear and reproducible; no proprietary black-box mixtures.

I would like to be part of your project in developing air freshener and reed diffuser. I have experience in the manufacture of personal care products. Air fresheners can result in continuous or instant actions. Continuous action air fresheners are usually scented candles and devices which use a candle flame to vaporize a fragrance formulation. Instant action systems are mainly aerosol sprays which uses a propellant and fragrance packaged under pressure in a sealed metal or glass container. Basic ingredients in air fresheners typically include formaldehyde (preservative), aerosol propellant, petroleum distillates and p-dichlorobenzene (freshener).
