This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion trends, customer preferences, product sourcing, and online retail operations. The Product Manager will play a key role in developing and managing our product portfolio, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. If the selling price is ₹1,000, gross profit is 30%, and the incentive is 15% of the gross profit, then: Selling Price: ₹1,000 Gross Profit (30%): ₹300 Incentive (15% ): ₹45 Key Responsibilities: Research fashion trends, customer demands, and competitor products. Plan and manage product launches, collections, and seasonal assortments. Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors for product sourcing and development. Monitor product quality, pricing, inventory levels, and stock availability. Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to improve product offerings. Work closely with marketing and website teams to optimize product listings, descriptions, and promotions. Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and customer retention. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare product performance reports. Develop strategies for product expansion and brand growth. Requirements: Experience in product management, fashion merchandising, e-commerce, or apparel industry preferred. Strong understanding of clothing trends, online shopping behavior, and market analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
