SaaS Product Roadmap & Prioritization

I run a service-based SaaS product and need an experienced Product Manager to steer our next phase. Your focus will be twofold: 1. Roadmapping & strategy – work with me to translate our vision into a clear, time-boxed product roadmap that aligns business goals, market realities and technical constraints. 2. Feature prioritization – apply proven frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, Kano or your own) to rank upcoming features so engineering knows exactly what to build next and why. You will dive into existing market research, usage analytics and stakeholder interviews I provide, then turn them into an actionable plan we can rally behind. Key deliverables • 12-month high-level product roadmap, visual and shareable • Prioritized backlog with scoring rationale • Brief written rationale outlining trade-offs and assumptions Acceptance criteria • Roadmap covers quarterly themes, high-level epics and success metrics • Prioritization list is data-backed and traceable to business objectives • All documents delivered in editable format (Miro, Productboard, Airtable, or comparable) If you have a track record guiding service-oriented SaaS products, I’d love to see how you can sharpen ours.
