Build an easy to use bot to auto send Twitter direct messages,

I need a simple to use( Iam not a programmer) bot that will send Twitter direct messages. Twitter contacts will be on a spreadsheet. name, and twitter handle. Bot needs to send to handle and replace "(NAME)" with the name at rate of 1 every 30 seconds stopping at every 7th message for a 10 min pause. The bot needs to keep accurate track of who it has sent to.
