I am telecommunications engineer with strong background on electronics and specialized on embedded systems design and autonomous vehicles. I have worked at all levels, from schematics desing and fabrication to firmware developoment, having done various MCU projects from scratch. One of them was for a wheeled autonomous traveling robot that was able to find the exit of an maze-shaped room when the robot was left inside. The robot had not "seen" the room before, so it included algorithms to explore and map its environment. It was based on ATMega328P and included sonars, compass, encoders and differential motor control. Also, I have recently built a system to control up to twenty RC boats from an Android/iPhone APP via WiFi: each boat sends GPS position with centimetric accuracy (using NTRIP RTK) to the application; the application displays the position of every boat in a map, where the user can click on one boat and set a waypoint; the boat will then travel to that waypoint. It is based on ESP32 and Neo M8P GPS. I have huge experience both with ESP8266 and ESP32.
