This is for the HTML/CSS build out for two web pages, based on the design attached in the PDF. 1. One page is to be like the PDF with the image of the womans face. 2. One page is to be like the PDF but without hte image of the womans face and to be used for a center content area. 3. The site should be done with XHTML and CSS. Using best practices, for browser compatibility (IE5+, Netscape, Firefox, Opera). 4. The colors should match the existing PDF (as rastersized into Photoshop). 5. The site should scale and degrade gracefully to 100% browser width with a minimum resolution of 1024x768. It is important to see a smooth fade between the womans face and the background, there should be no sharp lines or other artifacts in the final build. The HTML/CSS build should be pixel perfect, meaning the build out should be exactly like the provided design. Thanks, this will be a nice project to do together. Best regards, Pete Gordon
