I have multiple folders that contain MRI reports regarding different patients - see attached. In the past I had a dicto-ripper script that would go through multiple folders containing word documents like [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] and create a tab separated text file that I would import to a database. I would like you to create a [url removed, login to view] script that can go through the files inside the folders attached and separate by columns the fields like first name, last name, dob, ordering physician, type of test, general description of test, complaint or reason for test and conclusion or final impression (more columns maybe needed - you can see the logic on the documents). I would have specific names for columns (if available use the names of columns that you used on the text files your scripts produced in the past - i may need to create a few more columns names) The input MRIs come form 2 different systems - so the format is different - some are PDF files - others are html files. The output columns should match even if the input format is different
