Developer for Mobile Apps

I'm looking for a developer I can use on an ongoing basis to provide development of apps for a mobile device in conjunction with maps and connect ability from the phone to the business. Briefly stated I will be selling local businesses the ability to be hooked up via a smart phone app to have potential clients find them, get directions and contact them via push to call from their mobile device. I see this as ongoing work, as I will be adding features to the application on an ongoing basis. I am also looking for communication from the developer in regards to suggesting new avenues that would make this app more useful to both customers and businesses. In other words, I'm looking for someone who I can consider a partner in this venture in so much as they are creative and enjoy expressing themselves and their ideas. If the venture takes off, I am open to sharing in the profits in the form of bonuses, so all of us can enjoy the fruits of our labors.
