This is an Applied Project Management Case Study MS Project Tutorial Journal. In this project you will go through all project management life cycle processes, scoping, planning, launching, monitoring & controlling as well as closing, using the PDQ Case Study (see attach file). ?You will at a minimum provide a summary/overview of the activities completed in the tutorial and created from the tutorial activities. You will complete each one of the activities from the attached files. Also, the tutorial report will include screenshots of activities completed as you work on each PM process.
I have attached the tutorial files that I was given for this project and that are supposed to be used as reference while using MS project, but these are generic with pre filled information that does not directly apply to this PDQ case study, but is just for guidance or reference. What I need you to do is to develop all that is needed to complete this PDQ Case study using the PMLC processes, of scoping, planning, launching, monitoring & controlling, as well as closing using MS Project (PLEASE REMEMBER TTO USE THE PROPER PROCESSES AS THEY MUST BE USED; FOR EXAMPLE, CONDITIONS OF SATISFACTION, PROJECT OVERVIEW STATEMENT, CREATING A WBS etc.). This case study is basically about developing a piece of software to optimize how the company conducts business, I don't think using a TPM approach is a good idea for this kind of project, but using an iterative or adaptive Agile PMLC model would probably work best (your choice). Bottom line just be creative and, feel free to add things that would enhance this project, but a most definitively requirement is a completed project done in MS Project.
