I’m expanding into Ho Chi Minh City and need a local partner who can complete two parallel tasks within a single, one-off engagement. First, you’ll manage the full hiring cycle for mid-level talent in both IT and Sales. That includes writing Vietnamese/English listings, sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, VietnamWorks or similar, screening résumés, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers. I expect a clear pipeline report and a shortlist of at least three qualified finalists per role before I step in for final interviews. Once candidates are selected, you’ll walk them through contract signing, government registration and first-week onboarding so they can start smoothly. Second, you’ll secure an office location. Please research suitable spaces in central HCMC (District 1 or nearby), organise viewings, provide photos, cost and lease term comparisons, and assist with basic negotiation until we have a signed agreement and move-in date. Deliverables • Candidate shortlists (≥3 per role) with interview notes and salary expectations • Signed offer letters and completed onboarding checklists • Office location comparison report (min. three options) plus recommended choice • Final summary outlining actions taken, dates achieved, and any follow-up required Fluent English communication is essential for daily coordination with my overseas team.
