In these ten days you’ll be coordinating a small, cross-functional team of developers and DevOps engineers, removing roadblocks, and ensuring every task that feeds into the automation layer is completed on time. The scope is limited to the development stage only—no testing or deployment automation for now—so all your energy can go toward organising sprints, documenting progress, and validating that each scripted task genuinely cuts manual touchpoints. I already have basic tooling in place (Jira, Slack, and a GitLab CI pipeline). What I need from you is the structured oversight: daily check-ins, schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and clear communication with stakeholders who want concise, jargon-free updates. You should be comfortable building a lightweight Gantt or Kanban board, prioritising tickets, and flagging anything that threatens our tight timeline.
