Description We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Contract Project Manager / Account Manager to support our web development team. This role is responsible for guiding projects and customers from kickoff to launch while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will act as the primary point of communication for clients, translating their needs into actionable tasks, supporting the development team, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with expectations. This position is ideal for a proactive native english-fluent communicator with strong technical understanding, excellent customer-service instincts, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Requirements 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or client-facing roles in a web or digital agency environment. Strong understanding of website production workflows, including design, UX, content strategy, development, QA, and deployment. Familiarity with common web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress) Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar. Exceptional communication, both written and verbal — clear, concise, and client-friendly. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and scopes.
