Enhance Previous Project

@dillerajd

Hello Britney, I hope all is well. I believe I'm the person you're looking for! I've been providing remote service assistance for more than 5 years and have experience working with different platforms. I like to keep my workflow simple and organised. First, I check incoming tasks and prioritise them based on urgency and type. When handling technical concerns, I use saved scripts or notes for frequently asked questions. I can also use it to create tasks and set reminders to make sure nothing gets missed. Lastly, I always make sure that customer communication is clear and professional. I aim to keep a calm, concise, friendly, and reassuring tone in every interaction. Tools I use to stay organised: Task tracking: I normally use my own notes on my computer to keep track of tasks and commonly used responses. Al tools: I use tools like ChatGPT or Gemini when needed to help with drafting or troubleshooting. I hope you'll consider my proposal. Have a great day, and I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Joan

@adeelpirzada

Hi, I am Adeel. Happy to pick this back up, but I want to make sure I am looking at the right build before quoting hours. I lead a small team that handles ongoing maintenance and enhancement work across C#, .NET, React and Python projects, so continuing someone else's codebase is a normal part of what we do. I would start by reviewing the current state and open issues, then propose a short list of priorities before touching anything live. Can you share the project name or repo so I can confirm what was built previously?
