Project Title: B2B Fleet Integration Specialist: Logistics Vendor Empanelment (Insider Required) Project Executive Summary: I am representing a commercial fleet owner seeking to strategically integrate two (2) commercial vehicles (Trucks) into a premier logistics or e-commerce supply chain network. We require an experienced industry professional to facilitate the end-to-end vendor onboarding process. Target Partners reputed logistics and E Commerce companies like Amazon, e cart , Blue Dart, Delhivery, Trackon etc. Mandatory Candidate Qualifications (Strictly Enforced): Industry Insider: You must have current or prior direct employment within a leading logistics, transportation. Process Expertise: Intimate, hands-on knowledge of vendor empanelment protocols, internal compliance mandates, and the vehicle induction lifecycle at the aforementioned companies. Network: Established operational contacts within the vendor management or fleet acquisition departments to expedite the onboarding process. Workflow Management: Manage all communications and logistical steps until the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is officially signed and the vehicles are actively deployed in the dispatch network. Documentation & Compliance Support (Client Responsibility): The fleet owner (client) will assume full responsibility for providing all requisite vehicle, ownership, and KYC documentation (e.g., RC, Commercial Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Under Control, PAN and Bank Details). The freelancer's role regarding documentation is strictly to provide the exact checklist required by the target company and facilitate the submission process. SLA Execution: Manage all communications and logistical steps until the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is officially signed and the vehicles are actively deployed in the dispatch network. Commercials & Milestone Structure: Total Contract Value: ₹5,000 INR Performance-Based Payout: ₹2,500 INR commission strictly per successfully attached, verified, and activated vehicle. Payment Security: 100% will be released immediately upon verifiable system proof of successful vehicle onboarding.
