Team Management – recruit, mentor and coordinate writers, editors, designers and growth marketers so every brief moves smoothly from idea to publication. 2. Strategy Development – turn our product vision into a 90-day operating plan, map workflows in Notion/Jira, and introduce clear KPIs for output quality, velocity and reach. 3. Content Marketing – align the editorial calendar with growth goals, oversee channel selection (blogs, video, socials) and fine-tune distribution tactics through data-driven iteration. Ideal background • 4-7 years in a fast-paced tech, media or startup setting, with demonstrable success scaling teams or processes. • Comfort with agile project management, SEO/SEM fundamentals and performance dashboards (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, or similar). • Strong interpersonal skills; you’ll be the bridge between creative, commercial and technical stakeholders.
