The focus is strictly heavy haul—no standard freight—so familiarity with permit fees, route surveys, escort vehicles, utility coordination, specialty trailers, fuel surcharges, and bridge restrictions is essential. Here’s what I can already supply: a detailed list of the equipment and materials that must travel. From there I need you to build a complete project cost estimate that I can drop straight into my formal bid. That means rolling every expense into one clear bottom-line figure—line-itemed where necessary so I can explain it to my client—and backing it up with concise assumptions and current market rates. Typical deliverables • Structured cost sheet (Excel or Google Sheets) covering permits, pilot cars, labor, rigging, equipment rental, fuel, tolls, insurance, contingencies, and margin. • Brief narrative or notes section outlining all assumptions, data sources, and risk factors. • One round of revisions after my internal review.
