Part-Time Momentum & Accountability Manager

Momentum & Accountability Manager We’re looking for someone who gets fired up by two things: Rallying people and creating real momentum (you love getting teams excited and moving). Driving things across the finish line (you hate loose ends and get energy from checking boxes and pushing through obstacles). This is not a “do the work” role. It’s a “make sure the work actually gets done” role. You’ll own weekly check-ins with one key leader, track simple non-negotiables, send reminders, ask for proof, and keep gentle pressure on until it’s complete. Think: accountability partner who also knows how to energize someone when they’re dragging. You are the kind of person who: Naturally motivates others to take action Feels joy when you close the loop on something that was stuck Loves seeing “Done” more than starting new things If you’ve ever been told “you’re the one who actually makes sure stuff happens” or “you’re great at getting people moving,” this is probably your zone. 5–10 hrs/week Must be comfortable with light project management tools Apply with: One story about a time you rallied a reluctant person or team and got them to act. One story about a time you pushed a project through to completion when others had given up. Only serious “finishers who energize others” need apply.
