Deliverables I expect: 1. Discovery doc that captures current board structure, pain points, and quick-win opportunities. 2. Clearly named [login to view URL] automations or [login to view URL] scenarios that handle repetitive steps, eliminate data re-entry, and trigger notifications or status changes at the right time. 3. Test plan with success criteria and rollback notes. 4. Short loom or live walkthrough so our customers understand, adopt, and maintain what you’ve built. Acceptance criteria: • All automations run error-free for a full week in a sandbox environment before going live. • No manual intervention should be required for routine transitions (status changes, hand-offs, SLA reminders, etc.). • Documentation is clear enough for a non-technical operations manager to follow.
