SAP SuccessFactors RCM Implementation

I am rolling out the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module to overhaul our recruitment process, with a sharp focus on talent acquisition and applicant tracking. The project requires a true techno-functional consultant who can guide us from blueprint through go-live. Scope • Technical implementation: build and configure the full RCM stack, including requisition templates, candidate profiles, and offer letter features. • Functional customization: tailor workflows, approval routes, and email triggers so they reflect our current hiring policies while reducing manual steps. • Integration: connect RCM to our existing HRIS, background-check vendor, and Microsoft Outlook for interview scheduling; data should flow seamlessly in both directions via OData or SAP CPI. • Project implementation support: provide knowledge-transfer sessions, cut-over planning, and hyper-care through the first hiring cycle. Acceptance criteria 1. Recruiters can create a requisition and move a candidate to offer stage without touching external spreadsheets. 2. All new-hire data lands in the core HRIS within five minutes of candidate acceptance. 3. No high-priority defects remain open at the end of hyper-care.
