This is the project details, ALL steps must be followed correctly. Parts 1-4 are done and will be sent to you once accepted. 1. Create a Project Scenario 2. Develop a Project Charter 3. Design WBS with about 5 to 6 work packages and create WBS dictionary for any 2 activities in each work package created ( minimum 10 WBS dictionaries) 4. Provide and present the deliverables mentioned in point 5 to 18 mentioned below Below are the steps that i'll need you to help me complete: 5. Create about 30 to 40 activities and their interdependency for the entire project 6. Create PERT table for all activities identified (show working) with o, m, p, tE, Ϭ, andϬ2 7. Hand-drawn AON Network Diagram (show EST,EFT, LST, LFT, FF & TF) ( Take a picture and send this to me) 8. Indicate the critical path or paths, non-critical paths 9. Create Organization chart for the project including all project team members 10. Construct a Matrix- based chart “Responsibility, Accountability, Consult and Inform“(RACI) for any five activities identified in point 5. above for the human resources used in the project team shown in the organization chart in point 9. 11. Create MS Project Gantt Chart (show S-S, F-S, F-F, recurring tasks, split task, Lead & Lag) 12. Create M/S Project Schedule View 13. Create M/S Calendar for all human resources, min 3 calendars 14. Create M/S Project Resource sheet with Rate Table 15. Create M/S Project Cost View with total cost, baseline and variances. Demonstrate fixed costs, fixed cost accrual with split view of details view of task form for activities 16. Conclusion a. State Project Duration, b. Critical Path/Paths & Non-critical Path/Paths, c. Total Project Cost, baseline cost and variance. Comment on the project cost derived and the budget given( baseline) d. Completion project duration ranges for standard deviation of 1 sigma, 2 sigma and 3 sigma, e. Summarize Project & Learning and state your suggestions to improve the planning of the assigned project with the limitations and constraints given in the scenario All these need to be done by 22/7/2017
