UAE Speech Data Collection Project Manager

Summary Our company is searching for a high level Project Manager to oversee a targeted native speech data collection project within the United Arab Emirates. This position requires a leader who can take full ownership of the recruitment and management lifecycle for native Arabic (UAE dialect) speakers. You will be the primary point of contact for participants and will be responsible for ensuring that every individual is correctly onboarded to the mobile recording platform. This is a critical role that supports the development of advanced artificial intelligence models through the collection of high quality audio data. OPERATIONAL WORKFLOW AND RECRUITMENT Identify and vet unique individuals who meet strict native speaker requirements for Arabic (UAE dialect) within your local networks or specialized communities. A total of 30 participants are required (22 male, 8 female). Guide each participant through the installation and use of the specific recording application to ensure they understand how to complete their tasks. Manage the recording process where participants record a fixed number of phrases (35 recordings per participant), which includes repeating keywords and scripted sentences until the required volume of data is met. Provide real time support to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure that every speaker completes their full quota of recordings successfully. STRICT TECHNICAL AND ACOUSTIC STANDARDS Quality control is the most important part of this assignment as our client has extremely strict technical standards. You must ensure that all recordings are conducted in a controlled and quiet indoor environment with no background noise or interference whatsoever. Participants must also follow specific timing guidelines such as leaving a one to two second gap of silence both before and after they speak each phrase. You are responsible for reviewing the data to maintain a high accuracy threshold, as any recordings that fail to meet these standards will be rejected by the client. PERFORMANCE BASED COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Compensation for this project is based entirely on results and is set at $5 per participant whose data is officially accepted and approved by the final client. For this batch of 30 participants, total compensation will depend on the number of successfully approved submissions. Note that the validation process takes time and payments will be made once entries have been approved. This performance based model ensures that payment is only issued for successful, high quality validations.
