The role sits at the junction of people, systems, and performance: you’ll steer a multidisciplinary digital marketing team, lock in deadlines, keep every asset on-brand and legally sound, then prove success through steady sales growth. Day to day, that means translating high-level marketing strategy into sprint plans for our designers, copywriters, and developers; queueing and QA-ing each website release; and troubleshooting anything that threatens launch dates or compliance. Because the website is our primary sales channel, all eyes are on how each push affects traffic flow, onsite engagement, checkout experience, and—most of all—completed purchases. A concise dashboard that surfaces these numbers weekly is essential. I already have tools in place (Asana for project tracking, Slack for comms, Google Analytics and Shopify reporting for performance).
