lists, contain the same elements but not necessarily in the same order.
37 ?- matches(, ).
38 ?- matches([a, b, c, a, b], [b, a, c, a, b]).
39 ?- matches([a, b, c, a, b], [b, a, c]).
53 ?- matches([a, b, c], [a, b, p, q]).
