Typos that survive a single pass are exactly the ones you'd have to catch yourself. - Layout fidelity: paragraphs, lists and spacing reproduced as they appear — I won't normalise your document into my own formatting. - Ambiguities (blurry glyphs, unclear characters) go into a query list for you to confirm.
