Hi, I understand the PDFs' content is not selectable (I assume it's all in English text?) and that's an issue I have had myself in the past, of course manual intervention will be required to keep it 100% as you need but I can speedup the process by using OCR networks locally and get a big part of it converted, then I will focus on aligning the outcome with the scanned counterpart. If that sounds like a good approach, I can certainly have a look at a sample of your input so that I can determine if it's really feasible under the real world files.
