Property issues

1. Certificate tax sale why i lost property and money.

2. Property line issue why we lost 15 ft of lot.

Annex is to call me Tuesday about issue why my property is added to Mr Perez. They addmit issue and trying to fix it.

Mr Perez attorney called us and after talking to us said this changes thing as we did not sell property this property been in my husbands family since his grandparents. We sold him a fernace for 500 that was all. Plus property has other siblings involved cant sell. We havent heard from his attorney since Dec 2019.

Certificate sale. This was my husbands ex wife lot i won paid the 200 and was told dont do anything for a yr since Bays can pay back taxes and reclame proprty. But after yr qas told i lost it since i didnt do deed..idk, and wasnt informed of experation.( ic 6-1.1-25-4.5 4.6) 120 days after date no letter received. Auditor office man rude said he dont need to hear this shit! For me call sheriffs off over property. Now another iasue Mr Perez is calling police almost eceryday on us or the code inforcement over tree wood to car parked saying r drive way is his now. We need help and on disability so money tight. Please help us.
