Job Title: Remote Property Manager – Short‑Term Rentals (Airbnb / VRBO / [login to view URL]) Location: Remote (candidates based in Europe, North America, Central America, or South America) Employment Type: Part‑time employment or partnership agreement About the Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented, reliable Property Manager to oversee short‑term rental properties listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Each manager handles up to three properties. The role is fully remote with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities Respond to guest inquiries, manage check‑ins/check‑outs, and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate booking calendars across multiple platforms Optimise pricing to maximise occupancy and rental income Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and contractor schedules remotely Ensure properties remain compliant with safety and legal requirements What We Offer Option 1 – Part‑time employment Up to 20 hours per week £1,100 per month + 2% commission per confirmed booking Option 2 – Partnership agreement 15% commission on total booking value What We’re Looking For Experience with short‑term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, [login to view URL]) is a strong advantage Strong written communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Familiarity with property management tools (e.g., Guesty, Lodgify, PriceLabs) is a plus High attention to detail and organisational skills
