convert 11 psd files to web pages

I have a site made in psd files. both regular site and mobile layout. I need someone to cut the psd and turn the 2 sets of files into html with css.
there is about 10 pages in all.
there is a image scroller in the home page and some spots for videos to go.
I need all valid html and css in both sets of files for site and mobile site.
