We need a simple app to sit between Twitter and other web service.
The app should be written in Python and deployed to Amazon Web Services.
We want to use EC2, S3 and SimpleDB.
It is an open source project. Find more details here:

In the essence:
1. read twitter account RSS
2. Extract data
3. Cache in SimpleDB
4. Send a request to our web service with the RSS data
5. Download an image our web service tells you
6. Put the image in S3 and update SimpleDB with location of the image.
When a request comes from outside for an image, check if it's in the cache and return if it is. I not, perform the steps above. That's it. Pretty simple.
Full description is here: [url removed, login to view]
You will need to manage EC2, S3 and SimpleDB via AWS control panel to deploy and configure the app.
All code must be commented and the solution documented using Wiki pages in Google code. We only need an overview level of documentation. Nothing extensive.
The code will need to be deployed into Google Code SVN.
