Data Pipeline in Azure

Hi, As far as I can understand, initially the data will be fetched as a whole and stored in the sql. From that one, possibly based on some metrics in the table json API will be polled at a certain interval for changes. If there's any change these will be fetched and incorporated into currently stored data. We should discuss the finer details ofc but as a general outline this's how the process will continue on and on. We can further discuss the details, thanks.
